Our vision is to establish a world class Community based Non-Profit Organization whose programs will not only be based in Toronto- GTA but also extends its hand to Ethiopian Jimmas throughout the world by those who can extend their hands to our mission. The Organization has focused on the Community of Gibe States of Jimma here in GTA and in Ethiopia, and its people, issues, arts and entertainment. Further, the Organization will strengthen the unity of Gibe States by making intercultural and prominent issues all together. Programming should reflect local viewpoints, activities and diverse voices that are not being heard, and communities those have not been reorganized.

Goal:

As is a non-political; non-religious; non-profitable organization, established to maintain the cultural heritage of the people of the Gibe Kingdom, as well as to enhance the socio cultural wellbeing of the citizens.  

Objectives:

a) Research and record its folklores, custom, tradition and cultures both in back home and worldwide of the people of the kingdom,

b) Identify the community issues, assess the disaster,  need of the community, and launches the gap, enhance girls schooling,

c) Store worldwide membership campaign and commence contributions; generate income through participation and application to the affordable organizations at different countries and locations,

d) In accordance with this bylaw, coordinate the attendance of members at burial ceremony, console the family in the event of mourning, and provide financial assistance needed for the burial of a member and/or his/her dependents.
